Aspen Bear

Aspen was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2020, initially practicing in property and commercial law before transitioning to employment law in early 2022.  He joined the team at Aitken Legal in November 2024.

Aspen is dedicated to developing his expertise in employment law, consistently building on his experience in drafting tailored employment contracts, assisting with performance management issues, and working with our senior lawyers on unfair dismissal claims, general protections claims and much more.

Drawing on his commercial background, Aspen understands the real-world challenges businesses face and the importance of providing advice that is both legally sound and commercially viable.

Aspen is listed on the High Court Register of Practitioners and has gained experience working on matters in various courts and tribunals at both the Federal and State levels.
